The ‘Zero Gravity’ pneumatic wheel lifter for car, van and commercial vehicle wheels - designed for use in conjunction with a wheel balancer.
The PFL70 is designed to be used in conjunction with a wheel balancer, assisting with the safe loading of heavy wheels onto the balancing shaft and cone/stud plate. Many wheels on the market today, particularly those on 4x4s exceed the legal lifting limits dictated by the Manual Handling of Loads legislation.
The PFL-70 is a pneumatic wheel lift, designed to be used alongside a wheel balancer, or vehicle. It is suitable for lifting car, van/LCV and commercial vehicle wheels, having maximum lifting capacity of 70 kg. It’s a one-off insurance policy for the employer, and a convenient tool for the employee.
Unlike other wheel lifters, the PFL-70 features a unique ‘zero gravity’ platform that enables simple, effortless, yet fine adjustments to the wheel height as you approach the shaft of a wheel balancer, or the hub to refit the wheel.
It has been designed to integrate seamlessly into the everyday functioning of your workshop, easing the stress of removing, balancing and replacing wheels, comfortably handling a wide variety of heavy tyre and rim combinations.
