Project: Two Post Lift Supply + Installation
A site survey can save time, money and an awful lot of hassle!
JS Autoworks in Canterbury recently moved to new premises and in preparation, they ordered two new Elite 242 two-post lifts through Euro Car Parts. When ISN Garage Assist Engineer, Nigel O'Neill visited the site to undertake a pre-installation survey he found that the area identified for one of the lifts had a really poor concrete floor, which meant that concrete pads, built to the correct specification and depth were required before the second lift could be installed.
The customer was pleased to avoid the problems he would have encountered had the site survey not been performed. Nigel recently returned with his colleague, Luke Barnet, to install the first of the two lifts. The pads for the second lift are in place and the customer will soon be ready to have his second Elite 242 two-post lift installed.
