UniClamp

Versatile clamp
The UniClamp is just an ingenious product. First and foremost it totally retires the traditional style of motorcycle clamp, whereby you apply 4 individual clamps to each jaw on the turntable. With the UniClamp you simply drop over one assembly and press the ‘clamp’ pedal on your tyre changer and – hey presto – you have a motorcycle tyre changer. However, the UniClamp can be set up in so many different ways that it can also be used to clamp car alloys from the inside using 4 rubber pads (like a Butler tyre changer), trailer wheels, ATV wheels, big deep dish rims, basically anything from as little as 5” up to at least 26”.

Bespoke adaptors proven to provide the best results
Many vehicle manufacturers insist on certain bespoke adaptors that have been proven to provide the best balancing results for their vehicles.

At ISN Garage Assist we are not only factory qualified by leading balancing authority and manufacturer of such adaptors, Haweka, to advise on these specific applications, but we also provide the training to a much more advanced level. These kits are available individually for manufacturer specific applications, or we can also provide a universal set to enable a regular tyre shop meet these approvals, and therefore legitimately handle the work for local dealerships and meet their dealer audit requirements.

Quickplates

Covering 32 vehicle manufacturer approvals
Revolutionising the way we balance wheels, these plates earn their title due to the speed and simplicity in which they are used.

Covering no less than 32 vehicle manufacturer approvals, these plates incorporate a gear mechanism to enable simultaneous adjustment of the ‘fingers’ to the desired PCD setting. These fingers are then locked off by a simple twist of the locking mechanism at the rear of the plate. A selection of ‘finger ends’ are supplied to cater for varying stud hole sizes and shape. Perfect results at the fraction of the time it takes with traditional plates!

O-Pro Portable Sanitisation System

For the Sanitization and Elimination of Viruses, Bacteria, Mould and Other Organic Substances

The ‘O-Pro’ from Hofmann Megaplan is a portable unit which generates Ozone (O3). O3 is a proven method for eliminating the presence of pathogens such as viruses like SARS and MERS, and anaerobic (the stuff that can survive even without oxygen) bacteria. O3 kills the organism as opposed to simply ‘covering’ it, so whilst it is important to maintain additional preventative cleaning methods such as chemicals, the O-Pro will deliver a completely different, arguably more secure and less labour intensive approach to safe working practice.
